a piece of orange skin
Heat the milk but be sure to monitor and stir it constantly. Add the orange skin. When ready, remove from heat and strain the mixture. Add the chocolate and stir it until everything is melted. You can now pour it into your mug. At this point you can top it off with whipped cream and any other garnish you like.
