Making fast food at home is a relatively new cooking trend. Why not try a healthy version of it without sacrificing the taste? That's what I thought. So we're gonna do this together. And I dare say that once you get the hang of it, you'll be picking it over any other fast food meal. Ok, maybe except for one. Who can say no to pizza? Let's get started!
Cook the chicken the way you prefer it (you can use some leftovers even - we cooked it with curry and the colorful peppers). Heat up the tortillas until they are soft and easy to roll. Put them in a plate and start filling them. Begin with a layer of mayo, a couple of iceberg leaves, some chopped cherry tomatoes and shredded carrot and finish it off with the chicken bites and peppers. Roll and enjoy!
