Essence Bronzing Powder!

Hey everyone!

Have you ever tried a product, didn't like it, but after using it a few months later ended up loving it? I'm sure it has happened to some of you as it happened to me with this bronzer by Essence:

No, it's not because of the color. I'm aware that it's meant for darker skin tones (and I have light skin) but that was the color I was looking for. The other one, meant for lighter skin tones was too orange for my taste. I only found those two at the Essence counter at the time, I don't know if there's a better selection right now.

I bought it last summer and apparently was using the wrong brush to apply it with, because it didn't apply very well at all and it sat on the skin in a weird way. So I stopped using it.

But a few days ago, I caught myself reaching for a bronzer as the weather is getting warmer where I live and I like the sunkissed glow that a bronzer offers. I decided to give it a try and I used another brush, a much smaller and more precise one to contour the cheekbones and the temples. I loved the result and have been using them together since then.

It's a matt bronzer. If you are of a lighter skintone you can apply a small amount of it and then build it up according to your preferences. It's very economic and can be found at drugstores.
