160-180 grams of butter (I've seen it both ways)
300 grams of chocolate
200 grams of flour
300 grams of sugar
100 grams of nuts
Melt the chocolate with the butter in bain marie. Remove from heat and add the eggs one at a time while stirring well. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well once again. Pour the mixture into a small-to-medium sized pan, previously coated with butter and a bit of cocoa powder. Bake in a preheated oven at 170C for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream and you'll love me forever.
